Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR) for our Kathmandu office. This is a night shift position, with working hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. The CSR will play a pivotal role in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
Provide accurate and timely reports on customer interactions and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
Utilize CRM systems and customer service software to manage customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Marketing/Sales or a related field.
Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
Excellent Reporting and organization skills.
Proven customer service and support skills.
Strong customer satisfaction and customer experience skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
Fluency in additional languages is beneficial.
